According to ROC curve-based analysis, CDKN2B-AS1 > 1.38 had a sensitivity and specificity of 87.50% and 79.41%, respectively, in forecasting the occurrence of LC (P < 0.001; Figure 1(c)), and miR-199a-5p < 2.68 had a sensitivity and specificity of 79.41% and 59.38%, respectively, in forecasting it (P < 0.001; Figure 1(d)). This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2B and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft.
