CRP and Kawasaki disease: Pooled sensitivity and specificity of combined NLR and PLR was 58% (95% CI: 46%, 69%) and 73% (95% CI: 65%, 79%), respectively, with an AUC value of 0.72.
Conclusion
Our study found that NLR, CRP, PLR, and combined NLR/PLR have a good prognostic value in patients with resistant Kawasaki disease, with moderate to high sensitivity and specificity.
