IL33 and Increased total eosinophil count: Our study indicates that Interleukin (IL)-33 is an allergy-sensitive gene to eosinophilic inflammation and found that the levels of eosinophils were correlatively promoted with nasal mucosal IL-33 mRNA levels in pollinosis patients, indicating that the activation of IL-33 gene expression participates in eosinophilia [5,6].
