The univariable analysis for IBTR demonstrated that the tumour size (≤2.5 cm vs. >2.5 cm), nuclear grade (Low-Intermediate vs. High), microinvasion (Yes vs. No), ER status (positive vs. negative), HER2 status (positive vs. negative), Ki67 index (≤14% vs. >14%), mammographic-clustered fine linear microcalcifications (Yes vs. No) and preop-NLR (≤1.1 vs. >1.1) were associated with a high risk of IBTR (p = 0.04, p = 0.04, p < 0.01, p < 0.01, p < 0.01, p < 0.01, p = 0.01 and p = 0.01, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and neoplasm.
