In this study, we validated, by bioinformatics analysis, a basic experiment, and clinical case analysis, that all LINC00261, CDK1, and CXCL8 may play important roles in the development and progression of lung adenocarcinoma, response to treatment effects that involved angiogenesis, cell cycle phase transition, and immune-related pathways. The gene discussed is CXCL8; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
