Similar to what reported for SMARCB1-negative MRT cells [66,67,68], restoration of SMARCB1 expression in SMARCB1-deleted ES cells (i.e., the VA-ES-BJ cell line) induces cell cycle arrest and impairs anchorage-independent growth and cell migration, substantiating its tumor suppressive role [69].
