In contrast to the relatively high response rates to the treatment of metastatic TNBC (33.3%) and urothelial carcinoma (28.9%) in the third line of treatment, the response rate to the TROP2-specific Sacituzumab govitecan antibody conjugated to the irinotecan analog SN-38 (trade name TRODELVY) was only 3.2% (95% CI: 0.1–16.7) in the phase 1/2 IMMU-132-01 basket trial involving 31 unselected patients with CRC [121].
