CD4 and neoplasm: LAG-3 inhibits the anti-tumor effect of anti-PD-1 and anti-LAG3 therapy in HL by inhibiting the CD4+ T cell responses; chemotherapy with ABVD (doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine) shows little therapeutic effect with a higher infiltration of LAG-3+TILs [129].
