The relative mRNA expression levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) (Figure 2A), interleukin (IL)-6 (Figure 2B), IL-1β (Figure 2C), F4/80 (Figure 2D), and TIMP-1 (Figure 2E) were significantly increased in the BLM-alone group compared with those in the normal group and significantly reduced in the BLM + hMIKO-1 group compared with those in the BLM-alone group.
