To investigate the biological roles of ADAR1/METTL3/ARHGAP5 in breast cancer cells, we silenced ARHGAP5 and overexpressed ADAR1-p150 or METTL3 proteins in the cell lines, and then performed CCK-8, colony formation and transwell assays to detect cell proliferation, migration and invasion. Here, ARHGAP5 is linked to breast carcinoma.
