Even in the C. avidum low group, the IFN-γ response set (NES = −2.619, NOM p < 0.001 and FDR q-value < 0.001), TNF-α signaling via NF-κb signaling (NES = −2.059, NOM p < 0.001 and FDR q-value < 0.001), IL6-JAK-STAT3 signaling (NES = −2.235, NOM p < 0.001 and FDR q-value < 0.001), and inflammatory response (NES = −2.148, NOM p < 0.001 and FDR q-value < 0.001) were consistent with those seen in the S. hominis low group in AD as well as Pso (Figure 2b). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and Alzheimer disease.
