In immunohistochemistry, we observed TSLP was diffusely located in SMGs of IgG4-RD, which was much more frequent than that in the labial gland of pSS (8.71% ± 0.97% vs. 3.75% ± 1.48%, p < 0.05, Fig. 1B, C). This evidence concerns the gene TSLP and immunoglobulin G4-related sclerosing disease.
