DNAJC5 and infection: Among 54 distinct haplotypes (both ama1 and csp) with a prevalence above 5% across all samples, we observed 28 haplotypes with differential prevalence across hosts; 19 were more common in mosquito infections, and 9 were more common in human infections (Fig. 2A), consistent with our observation of higher average mosquito MOIs (1) (Fig. S5).
