CD4 and cancer: It was observed that M2 macrophages, naïve CD4 T cells, resting memory CD4 T cells, resting NK cells, activated mast cells, eosinophils, M0 macrophages, cancer cells, and lymph vessels were more abundant in the high-risk group, while Th17 cells, DC, naïve B cells, plasma cells, CD8 T cells, follicular helper T cells, activated NK cells, activated memory CD4 T cells, M1 macrophages, and resting mast cells were more abounding in the low-risk group (Figure 5A, Additional Figure 2).
