TRPC1 and TRPC6 mutations mainly occurred in cervical adenocarcinoma, while TRPC4, TRPV (Liberati et al., 2013; Olusola et al., 2019; Buskwofie et al., 2020) and TRPM (Erin, 2020; So et al., 2020) were mainly mutated in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, which indicated that TRPs mutations could be one of the causes of cervical cancer. This evidence concerns the gene TRPC4 and cervical adenocarcinoma.
