The threshold of AFM, SERPINB1, and NRG4 were 108.05 mg/L, 8.75 ng/mL, and 96.25 ng/mL, respectively, for distinguishing between women who developed GDM, and those who did not with the sensitivity of 44.38%, 75.86%, and 66.67%, as well as the specificity of 85.00%, 81.67%, and 62.07% (Table 3).
