CALCA and migraine disorder: Regarding secondary efficacy outcomes, three-node analysis demonstrated that both CGRP mAbs (RR: 3.66, 95% CrI: 3.01 to 4.49) and CGRP receptor mAbs (RR: 2.40, 95% CrI: 1.76 to 3.35) achieved a 50% or greater reduction in the monthly number of migraine days than placebo (Table 2).
