CAMTA2, the only gene with a borderline significant p-value when comparing group-specific differential expression in reaction to LDIR (comparing N2+ and N0, crude model) has been shown to be involved in cancer (Luan et al. 2019), stress reaction across species (Mollet et al. 2016), and cardiac hypertrophy (Song et al. 2006).
