We defined anti-PLA2R antibody titer ≥ 150 RU/mL as high level according to the draft version of the 2020 KDIGO clinical practice guidelines on glomerular disease and up-to-date review of membranous nephropathy. We found that using 150 RU/mL as the cutoff value could predict the therapeutic response in iMN patients treated with TAC. Here, PLA2R1 is linked to membranous glomerulonephritis.
