PLA2R1 and nephrotic syndrome: Researches indicate that the titer of anti-PLA2R antibody is highly associated with disease severity and prognosis, which mean that a high level of anti-PLA2R antibody always has a worse therapeutic response [17–20], and lower spontaneous remission [17, 21–23], meanwhile, the depletion of anti-PLA2R antibody is usually followed by a clinical remission of nephrotic syndrome.
