Functional establishment of CKD was confirmed by a significant increase in serum urea, creatinine, and urinary protein excretion with a subsequent decrease in serum albumin and a significant decrease in HB content of Group II compared with Group I. These results are in agreement with many investigators (Fan et al., 2015; LEE & Harris, 2011; Wang et al., 2018). This evidence concerns the gene ALB and chronic kidney disease.
