In the present study, the results showed that knockdown of NUCB2/nesfatin‐1 decreased the expressions of N‐Cadherin and increased the expressions of E‐Cadherin in SGC‐7901 cells, suggesting that suppression of the EMT process by NUCB2/nesfatin‐1 knockdown may contribute to inhibition of GC cell migration and invasion. This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and gastric cancer.
