Anti-myelin associated glycoprotein (MAG) was the most commonly detected IgG autoantibody, seen in 9.6% COVID-19 samples but not seen in any healthy controls, followed by surfactant protein A (SFTPA1), which was detected in 8.8% patients, and again not seen in healthy controls (frequency of positive autoantibody hits in control and COVID-19 cohorts shown in Supplementary Table 2). The gene discussed is MAG; the disease is COVID-19.
