CYP2B6 and acute coronary syndrome: Increases in LOX-generated AA-derived HETEs, notably 12-HETE and 15-HETE, and of P450-generated AA-derived 11,12-EET and 14,15-EET were shown to correlate with the N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide, a cardiac biomarker predictive of the acute coronary syndrome and heart failure.
