The KEGG pathway found that DEGs were mainly enriched in the colorectal cancer, glycerolipid metabolism, p53 signaling pathway, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), fructose and mannose metabolism, tyrosine metabolism, mucin-type O-glycan biosynthesis, and ferroptosis (Figures 3B,C). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and colorectal cancer.
