Here, in this study, two gene expression datasets [GSE103237 (Zini et al., 2017) and GSE53482 (Norfo et al., 2014)] of CD34+ HSPCs from patients with JAK2V617F+ MPN (PV, ET, PMF) and healthy controls (HC) were analyzed to identify important genes specifically dysregulated in JAK2V617F+ PMF. Here, CD34 is linked to myeloproliferative neoplasm.
