Table 2 displays the clinical factors data from the training and testing cohorts. TEV1, TEV2, REV1, and REV2 were statistically significant in differentiating high-grade ccRCC and type 2 pRCC using the univariate analysis with data in the training group (both p < 0.001). These four statistically significant clinical factors identified above were then subjected to the multivariate logistic regression analyses. The p value were 0.179, 0.718, <0.001, and 0.812 using TEV1, TEV2, REV1, and REV2, respectively. Here, REV1 is linked to nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
