We found that BTN3A3 knockdown in ovarian cancer cells showed an increase in the level of ERK1/2 phosphorylation, so we treated the cells with ERK1/2 inhibitor SCH772984 (HY-50846, MedChemExpress, NJ, USA) at the final concentration of 100 nM, and found that the level of ERK1/2 phosphorylation decreased significantly (Figures 6A, B). This evidence concerns the gene BTN3A3 and ovarian carcinoma.
