The survival analysis of TCGA database presented a correlation between Ring finger family gene expression and prognosis in several cancers, showing that higher RBX1 expression was associated with poor OS in ACC (P<0.001), KIRC (P=0.011), LIHC (P=0.008), and UVM (P<0.001) (Figure 3A), whereas higher RBX2 expression was linked to poor prognosis in KICH (P=0.025), KIRC (P=0.001), LAML (P=0.026), LGG (P=0.043), LIHC (P=0.005) and PAAD (P=0.038) (Figure 3B). Here, RBX1 is linked to adrenal cortex carcinoma.
