Consequently, we found that the function of AS was improved by five central pathways, including lipid and atherosclerosis, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, IL-17 signaling pathway, HIF-1 signaling pathway, and TNF signaling pathway, which were found closely related to the different regulations of anti-angiogenesis, foam cell formation, cytoskeletal alignment with the flow, inflammation, matrix degradation, and plaque instability by apoptosis (Fig. 8). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and atherosclerosis.
