During the development of T1DM, many organs were infiltrated by immune cells, and CD4+ T cells promote the activation and infiltration of macrophages aggravating the inflammatory state26–28, so the spleen, pancreas and kidney of mice were stained by immunohistochemistry, and the degree of infiltration of CD4+ T cells and macrophages was observed in the DM Group and normal group.
