Cardiovascular risk measured by the different scales was only correlated with CRP values (Spearman's rho: QRISK®3-2018, 0.53, p < 0.001; Framingham Risk Score, 0.4, p = 0.001; Reynolds Risk Score, 0.53, p < 0.001; and ASCVD Risk Estimator, 0.52, p < 0.001), while the rest of the variables, including synovitis in GS and PD, ACPA and RF, among others, did not correlate with cardiovascular risk.
