The expression level of EFNA4 was higher in 27 tumor tissues than in corresponding normal tissues, including GBM, LGG, UCEC, BRCA, CESC, LUAD, ESCA, STES, KIRP, COAD, PRAD, STAD, HNSC, LUSC, LIHC, WT, BLCA, THCA, READ, OV, PAAD, TGCT, UCS, ALL, LAML, ACC, and CHOL (Supplementary Figure S1D). This evidence concerns the gene EFNA4 and glioblastoma.
