Overall, a high proportion of co-regulated genes in the three regulatory models of HNRNPK are associated with neoplastic process, some of which are associated with leukemia (Supplementary Tables S6, S7; Supplementary Figure S18), indicating that HNRNPK is a key factor in CML.
