In terms of kidney disease, 49 burst references were found (Figure 5D), the publication by Brunet A et al. in Science in 2004 had the strongest beginning of citation burst, followed by Rodgers J et al., published in Nature in 2005, indicating that the regulation of FOXO and PGC-1α by sirt1 has received much attention from scholars in the field of kidney disease (Brunet et al., 2004; Rodgers et al., 2005). Here, PPARGC1A is linked to kidney disorder.
