Our results demonstrated that BRCA patients with high expression of CDKN2A exhibited an increased infiltration level of most immune cells in BRCA, including activated dendritic cells, M0 macrophages, activated NK cells, activated memory CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells, follicular helper T cells, and regulatory T cells (Figure 2H). This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and invasive breast carcinoma.
