TNF and hypertensive disorder: After exclusion of traditional risk factors, age, gender, history of hypertension, and univariate analysis of statistically significant indicators were included in multivariate logistic regression analysis, serum YKL-40, and TNF-α were independent risk factors for STEMI (OR = 0.998, 95% CI: 0.995–1, P=0.038; OR = 1.496, 95% CI: 1.254–1.784, P < 0.001), further indicating that serum YKL-40 and TNF-α are related to the occurrence of STEMI and suggesting that serum YKL-40 and TNF-α can be used as a biological indicator for the diagnosis of STEMI.
