Among 855 (24%) patients with an established history of diabetes, 402 (47%) were treated with any antihyperglycemic therapy: 391 (46%) with metformin, 181 (21%) with sulfonylureas, 21 (2%) with GLP-1RA, 11 (1%) with insulin, 9 (1%) with thiazolidinediones, 6 (1%) with dipeptidyl-peptidase 4 inhibitors, and 1 (<1%) with SGLT2i. Here, DPP4 is linked to diabetes mellitus.
