The first, on August 2017, revealed that tissue in the 6 o'clock direction was nonmalignant; however, a second (conducted in November 2018) revealed that the tissue in the 12 o'clock direction showed diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL; Figure 1B–F), which had the following immunophenotype: CD3−, CD5−, CD10−, CD20+, CD79a+, BCL‐2−, BCL‐6−, MUM1+, and Ki‐67 (70% positive), which is consistent with a nongerminal center B‐cell type. This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
