As shown in Table 2, we found that smoking history, pleural effusion, number of treatment lines, acute phase proteins (IL-6 and CRP), CD8 + T lymphocyte count and serum alveolar epithelial proteins (including SP-A, SP-D and KL-6) were different between the CIP and non-CIP groups in the training cohort (P < 0.1). Here, MUC1 is linked to hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy.
