In this study, we observed that the components of Kangai injection could produce low molecular docking energy (-5.0 kcal/mol-7.8 kcal/mol) with CRC-related proteins VEGFA, EGFR, TNF, ESR1, STAT3, and so on, indicating that the components bind more tightly to these proteins. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
