AMH and polycystic ovary syndrome: The levels of AMH, AFC, and serum T in the polycystic ovary syndrome group were more in contrast to the control group (P < 0.05), which was consistent with the disease characteristics of PCOS; vitamin B12 and serum levels were not significantly different among two groups; however, the level of serum Hcy in PCOS group was substantially higher in contrast to the control group (P = 0.019).
