In conclusion, in this study, the DEGs associated with cardiac hypertrophy were screened via bioinformatics analysis, and eight hub genes were identified, including Akt1, Lox, Timp1, Col1al, Spp1, Ccnd1, Mmp3, and Egfr, which might play an important role in the development of cardiac hypertrophy induced by pressure overload, further providing more information for studies on pathogenesis and screening of potential biomarkers of cardiac hypertrophy. The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is cardiac hypertrophy.
