Of the 33 cancer types analysed, lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) showed higher expression levels of KLHL14, demonstrating that KLHL14 plays an important role in multiple cancer types (Figure 1(a)). The gene discussed is KLHL14; the disease is ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.
