Analysis of RNA sequencing data from the IVY GBM Atlas project, accessed through https://glioblastoma.alleninstitute.org, demonstrated a significant elevation in TRAF3IP2 expression in vascularized areas of the GBM TME such as the tumor-infiltrating region, suggesting the causal role of increased TRAF3IP2 in GBM angiogenesis (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene TRAF3IP2 and glioblastoma.
