The RT-PCR data revealed that BTBD10 mRNA expression was highest in normal brain tissue (1.07 ± 0.54), intermediate in low-grade glioma tissue (0.57 ± 0.23) and lowest in high-grade glioma tissue (0.19 ± 0.10; P = 0.037 and P = 0.003, respectively; Figure 1). Here, BTBD10 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
