We spotted that only CCNB1 satisfies the following conditions: The expression of CCNB1 not only has the most abundant clinical relevance, it is also differentially expressed in BC and normal tissues (also confirmed by our review of the relevant literature [17]) and significant differences in BC patients’ survival rate (Figure 3A, including: OS, overall survival; RFS, recurrence-free survival; DMFS, distant metastasis-free survival).
