In contrast, smaller tumor sizes and lighter tumor weights were observed in HCT116-OE-LINC00239-Keap1 and HCT116-OE-LINC00239-sgNrf2#1 cells, further confirming that Keap1/Nrf2 signaling is involved in the ferroptosis-suppressing activity of LINC00239 in CRC development (Fig. 5I–N).
