In the 34H+DMSO group, the large myocardial infarct size induced by ischaemic reperfusion injury (I/R group) was significantly reversed (p < 0.05), and the expression levels of CK‐MB, LDH and cTnI were significantly reduced compared with the I/R group (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene TNNI3 and myocardial infarction.
