IFNG and juvenile Huntington disease: Interestingly, at 14 weeks of age, we found a decrease in IFNγ levels in female Huntington’s disease mice (P = 0.02) (Fig. 8A) and, at 20 weeks of age, we saw a trend for male Huntington’s disease mice to have decreased IFNγ levels (P = 0.059) (Fig. 8B).
