In breast cancer specifically, Guo et al. found that TRIM31 promotes progression through ubiquitination and degradation of the K48 and K63 sites of p53 [19], and Zhang et al. showed that TRIM7 regulates the migration and invasion of osteosarcoma cells through ubiquitination of a breast cancer metastasis inhibitor [20].
